Arctiqon AB ("Arctiqon", "we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, "GDPR") and Swedish data-protection law. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your data when you visit arctiqon.com.

2. Data we collect
We collect the first name, email address and, where applicable, telephone number that you voluntarily provide through our forms. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamp and pages visited via cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to (i) respond to your registration of interest, (ii) develop and improve the platform, (iii) fulfil legal obligations under accounting and financial legislation. Processing is based on consent, legitimate interest and legal obligation.
4. Retention period
Data from interest registrations is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a contractual relationship arises. Accounting records are kept for seven years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and to object to certain processing. To exercise your rights, contact kontakt@arctiqon.com. Complaints can be filed with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
6. Recipients of data
Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use processors within the EU/EEA (e.g. for hosting and email), under data-processing agreements that comply with the GDPR.
7. Security
We use in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), access controls, logging and regular security audits to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always published on arctiqon.com with an updated date. Material changes are notified by email where required.
